Properties:
Gray-white or light-yellow powder (granules), slight odor. Specific gravity: 1.45-1.54.
Soluble in chloroform, toluene, benzene, carbon tetrachloride. Insoluble in water and ethyl alcohol.
Application:
The product is an accelerator of NR and SR. It has an average cure rate and withstands higher vulcanization temperatures. It operates safely, disperses easily and does not contaminate. It is aging resistant. Mainly used to manufacture tires, rubber tubes, rubber shoes, rubber cloth and other technical rubber goods. Accelerator MBTS works as plasticizer and delayed action activator in polychloroprene.

Storage:
Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended maximum storage life is 18 months when stored under normal conditions.
